Snow Day in Portland

Well, we ALMOST made it through the winter without snow...but this one hit us today. It came quick enough that schools decided to close after lunch and send the kids home and a lot of offices sent their people home. Glad to know that our kiddos are home with their little families and off the roads...knowing that makes the wind, snow and cold a little easier to deal with. The photo on the left was taken from my front window and the other is from my bedroom window in the back of our house.
