Yellow-rumped Warbler In Snow

Today we had the "predicted" snow storm, only it came on a bit stronger than first thought...by mid morning the freeway running N and S was closed, and it only got worse from there. You have to realize we do not get snow on a regular basis, so people have a tendency to "freak out" at the mere mention of the "white stuff"! It doesn't take much to put the city in a complete standstill. Thankfully, we are at home, safe and sound, in front of a toasty fire having "irish coffee"! And of course, we are taking good care of our feathered friends!
