Nearly the weekend
Looking forward to the weekend, match days are back on Sat. 4 more weeks then Sat and Sunday.
Anyway, had a productive day back at work, did the footie run. We had Physio training tonight from the AFC Physio at Pittodrie. She was educating us how to look out for Osgood Schlatters in our growing boys and how to prevent and treat it. As if they weren't spoilt enough, it was recommended to massage their legs daily to prevent such injuries from occurring. Hopefully he'll remember all this when he's a pro ;)
Also my favourite programme Nashville is on tonight. This will ease the dullness of the exercise bike!
