Lightbulb moment

Every time I've turned on a light this week a light bulb one of them has blown, but each room seems to have different bulbs and all the spares I had weren't the ones that had blown. So I've restocked and now we have all the bulbs working in all the light fittings. Previously it looked like we were in a very frugal mood saving money on the bills by having only 66% of the lights in the house working!

I am sure when I was a kid there was one size light bulb that fit every light fitting, except the red one in the electric fire that was supposed to make it look like real flames!
