dinnertime

Swordfish steak marinaded in ginger, garlic, spring onions and lemon and griddled. I made quinoa with lemon and coriander so I have some for lunch tomorrow with a chicken breast and butternut squash.

Ran to the train station earlier just under 2 miles, ran from station to work then same on way home so a total of about 5 miles today. Horrible weather! I want spring now.
