Christmas is well gone...

I was given this plant at Christmas and from then it had nice red flowers right through January. But now they are all gone. Also the hours of daylight are stretching and it remains really mild for the time of year.

Swimming today, a little light reading and about five pages of writing completed. So all in all not a bad day.
