Time to Reflect

The university lecturers are on strike again today so I've had an extra day off. I took advantage by going out for a run and spent the rest of the day doing uni reading (what a fun life I lead).

I made a Jamie Oliver recipe for dinner! It was nice but I can't say I am inclined to make it again...I guess not every new recipe is going to end up a success!
