Sunshine and Showers

We had sunshine and showers for a walk along the shoreline path at Carron Dam this afternoon. Considering the situation in southern Britain we , up here in Scotland , have really got off lightly so far this winter. Although the water level in the reservoir is high, it is nothing out of the normal for this time of year.
In between the showers then there were some glimpses of blue sky and the light also made for some fine contrasting shades of colour.
