Fattoush

Safely back home but feeling really under the weather.
I did manage to make a Fattoush salad for dinner this evening so I can photograph it for a booklet we are designing for International Women's day in March. It will be a sort of interesting recipe and info book about Palestinian women, food and culture. The salad was delicious!
