Adopt me?

To say the wee man was tiresome would be an understatement today. For whatever reason, he just couldn't stay happy. Even the tried and trusted favourites would only entertain him momentarily.

He was tired and grumpy but refused to give poor Nikki any degree of respite. Given today's track record, Daddy might not get much rest tonight either.

He doesn't seem sick or teething - although his third bottom tooth made an entry about a week ago. Maybe he just woke up on the wrong side of the cot?

Either way, if anyone fancies adopting a wee man, today might be a good day to test us...

One thing I should mention is that the wee man has started to imitate my behaviour. First he stretched and groaned following my early morning yawn and then he smiled and shook his head when I told him that he wasn't allowed to play with electrical sockets. Apparently this is all part of his next cognitive development.

Maybe we'll keep him after all.
