...admiring the BT Engineers gumption up a pole sorting out a line for our neighbours. I was less impressed when a few minutes later we were left with no phone line or broadband. I was even less so when after speaking to him about it and him promising to sort it he when he drove off and we've not seen sight nor sign of him and are still with a telephone or broadband.
Bad customer service to commit to something and then vanish!
