I see a pattern emerging

I see that this is yet another 'ground blip' like yesterday and Wednesday - I think it is because I just want to lie down all the time...

I decided (foolishly) to force myself to go out - I made it all of about five minutes from the house before I thought that sitting at a bus stop seemed like a good plan. these were there.

I then foolishly got on the bus, went into town, met a friend for coffee, and then suffered all night for that foolishness.

Its the flu fool.
