My breakfast
Yesterday I went to the greegrocer's and got advice on how to make a balanced fruit plate. Fruit (vitamins), sunflower seed (vitamin E, B1, magnesium, selenium), sesame seed (Cu, Mn, Ca, Mg...) and flaxseed (omega-3 fats, B1, Cu, Mg...). Topped with maple syrup. Yummy!
