All aboard!

Here's Laurie's newest Duplo/Lego™ acquisition: a set of train pieces. I love these colorful toys.

When I was a child (oh yes, the hard luck "back in the old days" story!), we had Lincoln logs, tinker toys and Mr. Potato Head (using real potatoes!) - there were erector sets, but they were meant for boys, so I never got to play with one. Our structures were fairly limited, and the colors bland.

Now I can play with the modern-day toys under the guise of helping Laurie with the children. I love second childhoods -- or is it my third?
