Cooper's Hawk

It was my lucky blip day. I happen to be looking out when this Cooper's Hawk flew into the Eucalyptus tree just outside of my backyard and stayed a while; I had the sliding glass door and the screen door open so that I could photograph the little birds at the feeder without any obstructions; and the camera was handy.

Initially the hawk had his/her back to me, but kindly turned around. The hardest part was picking one picture for the blip.
