Microwave

Rice pudding in the microwave? I should have stuck to semolina - the rice pudding didn't turn out very well at all.

Very good day down at our Maidstone campus today learning about teams and how to develop them. I'm very new to managing a team (and it is only a team of 2 so hardly a team at all!) but it was very interesting to hear from all the other colleagues who have so much more experience in this area.

No biscuits at break time though - that's what we'll all remember the most!!
