Found two recipes I like, didn't have all the ingredients to do either, so I mixed n matched....didn't look as good as either of them but tasted brilliant!

Probably not what Mr O had in mind when he wrote the book but Mr T was more than happy.

PS - Thought I'd give you a little break from Georgia today, she'll be back tomorrow no doubt. Been busy getting her head round the new feeding regime... milks in...surfs up, hold on tight Claire!
