OMD EM1 and 90-250
Sorry to be a bore!
I was messing around with the new lens in my lunch break today and spotted it was having a problem focussing. It seemed to be stuck with the lens chattering but no movement or focussing. I eventually got it working, but cannot work out if it was me doing something wrong or if it is a more serious problem with this effectively new lens!
Have contacted the supplier to suggest I get Olympus to look at it.
This means that what little time I had was taken up messing around, plus the heavens just opened. I did manage to get a few shots through one of the workshop windows showing how much rain was coming down, but they were boring.
So stuck the lens on one of the OMD EM1's and put it on my Wimberley Gimbal and Gitzo GT350LS tripod. This tripod was one of my best purchases - thank you John Gravett - as it is high enough for me at 6' 2" without having to use a centre column.
Shot in the kitchen showing our permanent colourful lights.
