The coming together

It was the last day of my course today and it all came together. There were times when it was difficult and uncomfortable, and I'm still not sure that everyone was fully on board but most of us got there in the end. There's a theory that for real, deep learning to take place there has to be discomfort and I think that's what was happening this week.
Feeling rubbish tonight so writing this in bed and off to sleep now I hope. I'll catch up with comments tomorrow.
