Tollhouse

Every time I pass this building I can't help but think it looks like a Hobbit may live here, or maybe Yoda? It's just got that look about the place don't you think?

This toll house is situated on the A30 just as you leave Chard and dates back to the early 1800s, thanks to Wikipedia I've discovered tolls were collected from this house from travellers who chose the road to the left as it was less steep than what is now the main A30. History lesson over!

I think the weather can now be described as biblical! I just can't believe the scenes along the coast.
