Tulip

As is often the case with me, the cold that I reported yesterday was short-lived - hurrah! I went to bed very early last night, slept reasonably well, and only had tiny remnants of a headache and a little backache this morning. Tomorrow normal service will resume with my morning run.

My blip is of one of the tulips that my friend A brought round for us over week ago. They have lasted well.

No exercise today - excused due to illness.
