Newly invented meal

Field mushrooms filled with a pestle and mortared mix of garlic, pine nuts, basil, salt, olive oil and roasted. Topped with a swirl of spaghetti in a fresh tomato and olive sauce, further topped by a freshly baked Parmesan crisp. A deconstructed pasta bake I think!
That's the advantage of cold, wet days - you 've got time to think up twiddly dishes!
