A break in the cloud

Well it was dark when I got to work and after a day of howling wind and some rain I hadn't seen the sun all day.

As I walked up to the car there was this slight break in the cloud with some blue sky and white cloud. I'd hoped to maybe get something better but by the time I'd got home it was clouding over and raining again so it's this iPhone picture again. Edited with a little Snapseed.

It's the merit competition tonight at the camera club I belong to so hopefully there will be some good images on show and with luck the other members will see mine in a favourable light.
