being a bit special

The Spring cleaning campaign backfired a bit today after using sunshine hours to attack downstairs. Chris offered to come for a walk today and part way round the woodland circuit it started to rain :( Positive proof that housework is dangerous to health as my poor son was decidedly soggy by the time we returned to the car. One bacon sandwich later he was looking a bit warmer.

The girls enjoyed a harness free wriggle to dry off. Storm, being taller, was in a cleaner state. Grace's fur is standing on end where she fell asleep still damp. I used their sleep time to wash mud spots from the walls. Rock and roll lifestyle!
