Remoska

Inspired by a delicious Italian meal we had the other day I decided to make an authentic Bolognese sauce from my Italian cook book that Mr Toad bought me many years ago.
I made it in my Remoska cooker that I bought to use mainly in the campervan as eveything cooks in one pan, but it cooks lovely tasty meals so it's getting an outing in the kitchen tonight.
