La Cantina

I saw a bloke yesterday feeding seagulls on the Rec, which seemed a needlessly pointless activity. It's not as if seagulls need any encouragement, or are renowned for their inability to fend for themselves. He had a big white beard too, as if he was going for a kind of Captain Birds-Eye, friend to the seabirds, look. Coincidentally, I don't think anybody's been fed at La Cantina anytime recently, except maybe the rats...
