'In memory of our only daughter' died aged 20 in 1945

I've blipped this before.

First Philip Seymour Hoffman and then The Mayor of Lambeth who I met at Pride last year…. both in their 40s….. so very sad.

After a morning of work I went swimming for the first time since my op, I did 6 lengths of breast strooke and about 15 with a float just legs, some pain but overall ok, met a lady in the changing room who had the same procedure and said it took a year to get back to normal, so that is encouraging. Met my friend Jo for coffee afterwards, very nice as always, she has 4 children and is full of good ideas.
