Kenton Shops...

One of those places that really is as bad as it looks, yet I frequent it everyday while waiting for the kids to come out of school. Hang over the railings and you'll see a great cross section of society, both good and bad, while having to beat a retreat from the crows...

I have memories of these shops from way back in the early eighties when they had a nice little cafe on the corner, a greengrocer and various little odds and sods... nowadays it is a shadow of it's former self.

Isn't it the same all over?
