Cooking Class

Had a great day learning to cook some Khmer dishes at a cookery class.

It started with a trip to the market to buy the food we needed. It was great to have someone explain what all the weird and wonderful food is!

A really good day with a really nice group of people. We made 5 dishes including a version of Mango Sticky Rice. Not as good as the Thai version but still very nice! It will keep me going until I get back to Thailand!
