Fun days

Today has been awesome first of all the interview I had yesterday has me going in for a trial Saturday morning hurra result a casual job to help out Mumma Fly yay ..
My one friend I have made since arrival came over and loved all the grain free paleo food and wonder smoothy and thinks I should open a cafe well that is a hope for Mumma Fly free fitness classes a wonderful Cafe with our beautiful clothing ... So I said yes it will happen just give us time ..
Did a kettle bell class and abb's via "you tube " while jake dug mud in the garden mixing with water ha ha so yes he needed a shower ..
Still not lost weight with the challenge but hopefully I'll get leg better so I can run further again ..
