Repeat Performance

I Blipped this street artist in December, but I always stop to admire his work and I thought he was worthy of a second Blip.
His name is Giuseppe Percivati and he works quietly and diligently most days at Circular Quay. Here is a finished piece of work.
So many people stop and watch him working and admire his work but so few even bother to put a few coins in his hat. Tsk Tsk!
