Calm before the storm, take 2

It was so beautiful today with the snow covered trees against the bright blue sky. Unfortunately, the snow will still be on those trees when round 2 hits tonight. They are predicting 3-6 inches of heavy snow which will be followed by ice.
We lost so many limbs in yesterday's storm and I have a sinking feeling that tomorrow will be even worse.
We've never lost power in the middle of winter, but they are telling everyone to be ready for the worst. Fortunately, we have a small generator. Unfortunately, mr. lg9 is away and I have no idea how to use it.
As always, Cooper is enjoying himself inside and out - after a romp in the snow, he busied himself with stealing socks from the laundry pile.
