The Pepper Patch

Teapot

I'm practicing taking my Nikon off its auto settings and working with the manual controls. At this point I'm exploring Aperture Priority and find that working out a BCE is starting to come back to me from my days of shooting film, but the displays, buttons, and wheels of the camera itself are confusing. Practice, practice, practice. This is also the first time I've used the remote shutter release and I love how it solves the problem of the tremor in my shooting hand. A lovely bit of a gizmo!

The teapot continues a theme I started the other day and according to the makers mark it was produced in Strattfordshire, England.

Connie, her sister Jan, and I wandered around Tuscawilla Park this afternoon and you can see my Flkr set here.

Stay well my friends ... and the adventure continues.
