New Floor

Totally forgot about the floor in my budget. Drat.

Decided that no floor was starting to hold me up so it was time to get it down. Fantastic stuff to lay. 100sq ft done in just under an hour. Quite slow for me as I was working alone. It's a laminate vinyl that interlocks with glue. Harder wearing than laminate, and indestructible for tenants (supposedly), and doesn't look too bad either.

But...it's not cheap. Not expensive as flooring goes, but certainly not bargain basement stuff. The odd thing is that we can only buy this stuff from a local trade place rather than the usual Lowes or HomeDepot.
