View from my bedroom

The day started with Red at 4.30am wanting to go in to Grandma via Lily's bed.

Got back to my bed to be joined by Bella who'd had a nightmare.

Made it to school on time followed by Parenting Class. Met Mum for a cheeky then lunch at Princess Pavillions.

The weather turned from really rather pleasant to really rather vile about 4.

While I was at Brownies, we lost some ridge tiles and roof slates. It's difficult to see how bad it is in the dark but I'm very relieved that the car wasn't on the drive when the tiles hit the ground and smashed!

An evening of hunting down the house insurance but got there eventually - guess what I'll be doing in the morning...
