The welcome "committee"

To our surprise, our older son waited for us at the airport when we arrived from Copenhagen. It was so nice to see him, and he made us smile with this "Valur and Guðný" sign he had made :-) He then had flying lesson (is studying to become a professional pilot), but his girlfriend was nice enough to drive us into Reykjavík (about 45 min. drive). There we visited my in laws, until our flight to Akureyri was due. It sure is nice to be home again after a great trip, and even my sore throat is getting better, so I'm happy about that.
