Mussel ache..

Yumm... a delicious bowl of mussels for supper.. I had meant to take a picture before we gobbled them all up but I was so greedy I forgot!! Now I am feeling full of mussel, in wine and garlic sauce (best not get too close to anyone tomorrow!!)

The day started with muscle ache of a different sort with backache.. thank goodness for Ibuprofen.
