Blurring the edges
After yet another high tide and strong wind, the beach on Dunoon's West Bay is now on the promenade, with nothing to show where I used to sit with my legs dangling while a small child played on the shore. The gates into the gardens all along the bay are now boarded up against the intrusion of stones, sand and seaweed, and the path itself is treacherously sloppy - wet seaweed on smooth tarmac is a lethal combination!
