The Angel of the North

Well I've left the Yorkshire Moors today. And left the lurcher with the in-laws.
I have an appointment at the Genetic Institute in Newcastle, whatever that entails I'm not sure.
First stop was the awesome
'Angel of the North' an Anthony Gormley creation.
We then headed to the quay and went over the Milennium bridge to the Baltic Gallery. We only had an hour so we saw the Thomas Bayrle
exhibirion on the fourth floor and Salla Tykka a video artist.
The viewing tower was great, also the glass elevator to all Six floors.
Well worth a visit.
