Chinese New Year lunch

I spent 2 hours of sharing dishes of Chinese cooking. I started with chop sticks but just didn't feel I would be able to eat enough as my attention was devoted to working the two sticks as extended alien fingers that awkwardly grasped and invariably dropped the delectable pieces of food. So, with no shame, I reverted to a knife and fork and dived in.
Very nice. I did ask how I would say that in Cantonese and 'ho ho' seemed to be what I could make out, I will find out properly.
