Snowdrops, Snowdrops Everywhere
We went on a snowdrop hunt this afternoon. It was a lovely, sunny day and I spent my usual Tuesday morning at the Highland Hospice so the dogs had to be patient. But we had a long walk on Rosehaugh when I got back, wandering around the Estate and I found loads of these beautiful wild flowers. It was difficult to stop the dogs from treading on them, there were so many. I cannot think of a better way to spend a February afternoon.
I took loads of photos of them, lots of close ups, which were probably better than this one but I liked the way Poppy had got herself into this photo without me knowing. I thought she was down by the stream but she had wandered up to see what I was doing.
