Stanlow refinery!

This is Stanlow refinery, near Ellesmere Port in Cheshire (on the side of the M56).

There was a "technical" issue at the plant, which resulted in a shut down of several processing plants, which led to this huge amount of smoke, which they said was not a problem!!

However, from the vantage point I was, you could see the drift dropping down on to Ellesmere Port town centre, not somewhere I would like to have been!

The hazard I suppose of being close to this plant!
