Had some really upsetting news yesterday, have spent most of last night contemplating the important things in my life - Leni, the kids, health and happiness.
You just never know when things can change, found out someone died over the weekend - much, much too young! He was fit, active and somewhat of a mentor in the early part of my career and although I haven't seen much of him lately the news floored me! I would like to dedicate todays picture to him, for what little it may mean - a huge influence and a great man.
