From Blacko to Pendle
Working odd hours today and will be late home, so went for a walk locally this morning and blipping early for me.
The sun this morning made the fields and trees still look almost autumnal in their purples and greens.... a lovely change from all the rain recently. This is taken from the main road in Blacko ( Gisburn Road, which is the A682 and the old road from Lancashire to the Lakes.) I rented cottage on this road for a year and tho higgledy piggledy you had this view from most rooms which was glorious.
The misty hill in the background is Pendle.
Will try to catch up with others journals a bit tomorrow.
