Sir Tom Finney statue, Preston

As the sun was shining today I took a slight detour from my travels and went to see what I could find on the local park in Preston.

There was nothing but flooded paths and grass but on walking back to the car saw the creative effect that the strong winds were having on the Sir Tom Finney Statue water fountain outside the Preston North End stadium.
