Scarlett Runners

My Scarlett Runner beans are surviving their usual care. They don't get a lot with me in plaster. I picked another bag full when I got home at lunch time.

Another stint at work today. I'm pleased to be there but hooking my foot over a rail on the back of my desk isn't ideal, even with a towel wrapped around the rail. A foot stool thingy has been approved, it just has to arrive.

3 hours is enough with this set up but hopefully next week it will be easier with a proper support and I'll be able to cope with 4 hours per day.

A GP appointment and trip to the chemist was enough for me this afternoon. I've slept and snoozed on the sofa.

All small steps along the road to recovery.
