Today's picture is something orange and in this house we are never short of colours with all the crayons, pencils, pens, paints, feathers, glitter, pipe cleaners etc... etc.

Visited Dad this morning who was in a "let's blame the conservative government for everything that's gone wrong in the past 50 years". And the main reason for this outburst is the care home has been buying him newspapers, the very same reason my mum stopped buying newspapers was because of his sudden outbursts! He gets so angry and red in the face, so of course I was not paying a blind bit of attention to him and after 30 minutes I managed to change the subject. I still to this day cannot talk to him about politics. He has to be right and if I say something against his views, I get called stupid and an idiot! So I smile and nod and say "yes Dad", it's always easier in the long run.
