Field of Light, Edinburgh

Now they're all lit up in the dark evenings, it's prettier than it was on Saturday morning.

A quick stop by St Andrew Square en route home from a foodie gathering at Hemma Bar - the new Scran Salon. Not sure about the "scran" part of the title, but something very genteel about the "salon". It was a pleasant opportunity to meet some of the people around Edinburgh who've been chatty on Twitter. Also kind to have them mention the #ScotFood chat which I manage on the first Monday of the month. Thus was heading home when I stopped for this quick blip opportunity. With all the lights around the city, it's quite a challenge to take night-time photos of them. I may return to the subject, if I can sneak out in the evening again.
