Final Bit Removed

I have been stripping down a second hand bike frame with a view to building it up for the commute to work (to save putting unnecessary wear on my decent bike). With most of the build bits ready to go on all that was left to do was remove the old bottom bracket - easier said than done as it turns out. I tried all sorts of things over the space of 3 or 4 days but eventually I persuaded it to come out. Pictured is the small piece of metal that was causing me so many problems.
