First day skiing!

We got up early and checked the weather, not great, no we headed up to the Cairngorms for lunchtime.

I jumped on the skis and had a wonderful time, feeling surprisingly confident! Though a definite adrenalin rush hit me. Après-ski we sweated it out in the steam room.

We were ravenous and went to La Taverna for a pile of Italian food.
